    FortuneBuilders is looking for a results-oriented, energetic, high-level thinker with a go-getter attitude to join our Marketing Team. The Marketing Content Specialist requires strong writing, organization, and strategic thinking skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail. The candidate will have demonstrated the ability to understand target customers and develop impactful content and strategies that support business goals and drive results.

    The ideal candidate will be experienced in all elements of marketing activities and campaigns, including creative theme development, collateral creation and production, online media management, and ROI analysis.

    What you will do

    • Plan, execute and manage the marketing calendar & strategy for live events and webinars
    • Develop content for creative and effective marketing campaigns to increase engagement and drive sales
    • Create digital and printed marketing copy that advertises the company’s products and services including newsletters, emails, brochures and Facebook posts
    • Ensure content reflects the brand in voice, design, messaging and quality, and maintains consistency of style and tone
    • Track key metrics and produce reports regarding the effectiveness and ROI of all campaign activities to help shape future marketing strategies
    • Review and edit colleague’s materials
    • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to develop content for many mediums, including but not limited to: sales collateral, website copy, social media, and emails

    What we are looking for

     

    Core Competencies

    • Writing (copywriting for print and web)
    • Create Design Concepts (brochures, handouts, sales collateral)
    • Researching Trends & Data Tracking
    • Editing & Proofreading Copy
    • Social Media Management (Facebook, organic content)


    Knowledge & Skills

    • Marketing or Communications degree or related field with 3 years of experience
    • Knowledge and experience writing sales and marketing content for events
    • Excellent writing & communication skills
    • CRM & email marketing automation experience
    • Proficient with Microsoft office & G-suite
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Knowledge of HTML/CSS and can build and edit basic web components
    • Ability to use design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite
    • Enjoys working with a team to collaborate
    • Is adept at prioritizing between various tasks and projects
