    What you will do

    As an Office Manager & Project Coordinator, you will work in-house to manage and oversee all office and rehab needs for CT Homes. You will be responsible for communicating with 11 other team members, buyers, homeowners, contractors etc. from the concept to completion of a project. You will prepare for the span of recommended work to ensure all rehabs are a smooth and seamless process.


    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not limited to: 


    • Coordinating schedules, appointments, and inspections for everything regarding rehab projects
    • Greet customers and answer incoming phone line
    • Collaborate to outline scope, goals, required resources, and timelines
    • Creating buyers gifts for both buyers and sellers
    • Maintain great relationships with a variety of people
    • Creating and updating docs and processes
    • Manage and order all office supplies

    • Ability to take direction from multiple people and work well under pressure


     The education/experience that we prefer you have:


    •  Bachelor’s degree
    • 2+ years in an office manager position
    • Proficient in Google Docs, Dropbox, and overall tech savvy
    • Proven success in a role with handling multiple projects at once
