The Sales Operations Coordinator will be responsible for working with our Wealthfit admissions team helping to drive their success and provide a great student experience.

    What you will do

    • Ensure all student information is accurate in our systems to give the student's a great experience
    • Build performance reports for management teams to make important decisions
    • Manage flow of accounts and monitor their status 
    • Provide administrative support to the WealthFit team
    • Aggregate weekly data onto team and company KPI Reports

    What we are looking for

    • Highly accountable self-starter
    • Very high attention to detail and organization
    • Comfortable and productive under pressure and with deadlines
    • Quick study, teachable, and able to teach others effectively
    • Be a team player 

    What experience/education do we prefer you have?

    • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
    • CRM experience (Microsoft Dyanmics)
    • 2+ years experience in an administrative role
    • Experience working in a fast-paced deadline focused environment
    • Google Apps (including Sheets) and Google Drive proficiency
