    Compensation: 100% Commission

    Location: Travel & Work Remotely! — New city every week in the US & Canada

    What you will do

    FortuneBuilders is looking for an elite sales professional to join our traveling sales team. As a Team Leadyou will travel weekly to our 3-Day Workshops all across the US and Canada. In this high energy, extremely motivating environment, you will lead a team that consults one-on-one with potential real estate investor students to provide them the tools and training necessary to build a successful business and achieve time and financial freedom.

    Team Management/Leadership/Development:

    1. Managing a team with a minimum of 5 advisers
    1. Manage teams Schedule and workload expectations
    2. Ability to effectively conduct pre-event strategy sessions prior to each workshop
    3. Ability to effectively complete a comprehensive post-event review
    4. Having an above the line mindset and integrating this culture on your team
    5. Ability to diagnose team performance based on KPIs
    6. Ability to facilitate team training and prescribe action plans and develop new adviser on your team
    7. Effectively communicate with all workshop speakers around event strategy and process

     

    Workshop Sales Process

    Ultimately responsible for the execution and results of our sales process at workshops. Manage sales related processes and onboarding of new students. Including:

    1. Lead classification
    2. Lead distribution
    3. Interview process
    4. Onboarding of new students
    5. Collection of tuition
    6. Management of interviews in a timely manner

     

    Student Experience    

    1. Create a world-class student experience at workshops
    2. Provide high-level customer service
    3. Ability to facilitate stage introduction for speakers
    4. Manage and execute compliance within the team  
    5. Integrate customer service 202 pieces of training on your team

     

    Travel Requirements

    1. Must be able to Lead 10 workshops per Quarter
    2. Must be able to travel to the United States and Canada

     

    Personal & Professional Development

    1. Continually engage in professional growth in the areas of: Leadership and Sales Management

     

    Tracking Performance

    1. Understand and interpret the workshop KPI doc to manage team performance
    2. Ability to diagnose KPI doc and identify areas for growth and training
    3. Accountable for Team’s minimum performance standards as it relates percentage of goal

    What we are looking for

    • Ability to travel (Thursday-Monday, a minimum of 3 times per month)
    • Complete understanding of our fulfillment and Mastery coaching program
    • Experience to understand our business at a high level
    • Experience to understand a real estate business
    • Adviser experience minimum 1 year
    • A track record of success in sales, with a minimum of 5-7 years experience
    • Genuine desire to help people
    • Consultative, customer-centric sales abilities
    • High emotional intelligence
    • Excellent communicator
    • Coachable
    • Professional, Polished Image (we are talking ties and dresses)
    • Real estate investing experience is a bonus
