    FortuneBuilders, one of the nation’s fastest growing private companies, is looking for a Administrator who is quick on their feet, organized, and ready for a new level of responsibility. The Administrator, Student Onboarding will be responsible for working with our student onboarding and retention team helping to drive their success and provide a great student experience. 

    What you will do

    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:
     
    CRM Management
    • Create/Maintain CRM database as used by the Onboarding team
    • Manage new workflow requests
    • Build systems within the CRM to be used by the Retention team

    Administrative

    • Provide administrative support to the Retention team 
    • Audit/Prep accounts to be reviewed by Retention specialists
    • Distribute accounts for follow up
    • Manage flow of accounts in Pending Cancel status 
    • Facilitate contract adjustments
    • Issue/log refunds as needed
    • Act as administrative point of contact for High Alert Retention
    • Monitor/Respond to Retention Team email queue
    Financing/Accounting Duties
    • Serve as point of contact for accounting department for all outgoing cash
    • Audit/Update accounts as they appear on accounting payment reports
    • Serve as primary point of contact for third-party financing company
    • Facilitate adjustments to financing contracts 
    Metric Management
    • Prepare daily reporting for managers
    • Perform daily/weekly maintenance on team/management facing performance reports. 
    • Own creation of new Quarterly/Yearly reports. 
    • Aggregate weekly data onto team and company KPI Reports. 
    • Creation of new Quarterly/Yearly KPI Reports.Onboarding and training for all new team members

    What experience/education do we prefer you have?

    • Bachelor's Degree highly preferred
    • CRM experience (Microsoft Dyanmics)
    • 2+ years experience in an administrative role
    • Experience working in a fast-paced deadline focused environment
    • Google Apps (including Sheets) and Google Drive proficiency
