    FortuneBuilders, one of the nation’s fastest growing private companies providing real estate investor training, is currently seeking a Business & Accountability Coach with real estate knowledge and experience coaching individuals to success.  

    In this unique opportunity, you will be responsible for helping students achieve their business developmental goals through one-on-one phone consultations focused on guiding them through FortuneBuilders’ proven road map and industry leading training curriculum.


    The ideal candidate is first and foremost a learner dedicated to mastering your craft. You will become a master of our industry-recognized systems and effectively coach students from all over the country over their biggest roadblocks and towards financial freedom. Our Business & Accountability Coaches are highly effective communicators, have the ability to adapt to different learning styles, and genuinely care about each student's success. As a Business & Accountability Coach with FortuneBuilders, you will become the student's ultimate resource, accountability partner, and guide as they take the first steps towards entrepreneurship.

    What you will do

    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

     

    • Learning our step-by-step process and system for teaching our students
    • Conducting approximately 30 accountability calls assisting assigned students in implementing a proven system to expedite their success as real estate investors
    • Mastering and teaching core curriculum concepts at a deeper level as students’ progress through our programs
    • Maintaining accurate records of Business Coaching Results, challenges, breakthroughs, and statistics within internal database
    • Building and maintaining student relationships

    What we are looking for

    The education/experience that we prefer you have:

     

    • Bachelor’s Degree
    • 2+ years of proven coaching, advising, or teaching experience
    • Coach or communication certification
    • Real estate experience
    • Sales experience

     

    This is an in office, full-time, W2 position in our offices located in Pacific Beach, CA.

     

    Compensation: $20/hour
