    The FortuneBuilders' Operations team is looking for a motivated and dedicated Admissions Data Specialist (Level 1) to join the team!

    What you will do

    Our ideal candidate has a high attention to detail and takes comfort in knowing they are the go-to person in a supporting role.


    The Admissions Data Specialist will support our newest sales team with Wealthfit. This person will wear multiple hats and be a team player while maintaining the day-to-day operations of a fast-paced sales environment.


    The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:

    • Process new student enrollments
    • Manage and update student information in Excel and CRM database
    • Audit student enrollment procedures to ensure compliance
    • Verify, process, and audit student tuition payments using virtual terminals
    • Create, verify, and update student financing contracts
    • Respond and route student requests to the appropriate department
    • Aggregate and run reports
    • Other tasks and duties as assigned

    What we are looking for

    • Skillful attention to detail in written communication and data entry
    • Ability to prioritize and maximize efficiency while administering high volume activity
    • Must be polished, friendly, positive, and highly personable
    • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
    • History of wearing a lot of hats
    • Adaptable to change
    • Willingness to help those around you achieve greatness and work on a team
    • Experience handling highly sensitive detailed company information


    What education/experiences do we prefer you have?:


    • 1-2 years of administrative experience or office management support role
    • Experience in Excel and Google Apps
    • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM highly desirable
    • Experience with a (VOIP) phone system highly desirable
