    Compensation: $17/hour + Benefits

    Location: Bunker Hill Street, Pacific Beach

    Experience: Minimum of 1+ years of phone-based customer support experience

    Schedule: Full-Time (9am-6pm OR 10am-7pm, M-F)

    To contact students (real estate investors) on a regular basis to provide help and support them with with their needs. This will include provide assistance with scheduling coaching calls, selecting a coach, navigating our Educational Curriculum site (Mastery), submitting Student Wins,  encouraging them to follow through on the action items our coaches have given them, getting them registered for live events, and reminding them of upcoming events or trainings. 

    What you will do

    • Answer inbound calls/emails/chats  from students with program questions, introduce the resources included in the program or get them to the right individual
    • Make outbound calls to assigned students weekly in order to proactively engage them in the Mastery program, answer questions or help them utilize all the resources they have
    • Meet the needs of diverse student personalities in order to ensure an overall positive experience
    • Retain students in the program that have become inactive

    What we are looking for

    • Ability to manage multiple tasks


    What education/experience do we prefer you to have? 

    • High school diploma required, some college preferred
    • Experience using VOIP phone system, ZenDesk or similar customer service systems
    • Associate's Degree or Equivalent experience
    • Computer Skills: Proficient with Google Docs, Dropbox, CRM systems, phone systems
