Compensation: $13.00-$15.00/hour (D.O.E.)

Location: Pacific Beach

Employee Type: Part-Time, 25 hours per week Monday-Friday 9am-2:30pm, with a 30 minute lunch break. Opportunity to turn into full time in 3-6 months

Experience: Minimum of one year of administrative assistant duties

What you will do

Realty National is looking for a part-time Marketing & Operations Assistant to join our dynamic real estate team. As the Operations Assistant, you will be welcoming all guests who walk through our doors and owning various administrative tasks. Your warm personality and exceptional organizational skills will make you an integral part to providing an extraordinary experience.


The successful candidate's responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Answer, route, and track incoming calls
  • Maintain office supply inventory
  • Distribute incoming mail
  • Maintain office calendars, sales boards, and transaction reports
  • Track and report department KPIs including expenses
  • Schedule open houses for office listings
  • Maintain list of approved open house agents
  • Compile open house feedback for seller reports
  • Call realtors for showing feedback on office listings
  • Assist new agents through the recruiting and onboarding processes
  • Assist with content creation for social media and newsletters
  • Create and update marketing collateral, including flyers and postcards
  • Assist with event planning and setup

What education and experience are required:


  • High school diploma required, college experience a plus
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • Google Suite (Google Docs, Sheets, Forms)
