    WealthFit is looking to hire a brilliant, highly motivated Customer Service Team Lead to join our Customer Success Team. This position will report to the Executive Team and be responsible for providing world-class support to several thousand memebers in our online investment education program.

    What you will do

    • Lead a small in -house team responsible for fielding a high volume of inbound questions via phone and email 
    • Proactively recommend and implement improvements to our customer service systems, e.g. chat support, Facebook Messenger support, etc
    • Proactively work to improve standard email response macros
    • Proactively recommend improvements to products and/or marketing ot lessen the number of customer service issues received
    • Provide clear reporting and ensure growth in key customer service KPIs, e.g. average response time, customer satisfaction score
    • Advise other team members on ways to improve communication & provide better support to customers

    • Able to communicate conversationally but professionally, both orally and in writing
    • Able to QA your own writing & ensure perfect grammar
    • Technically proficient, with an ability to quickly master our back-end billing system (Infusionsoft), our customer service ticket system (ZenDesk), and our customer service phone system (Five9)
    • Highly efficient in the use of your time
    • Highly organized
    • Humble and hard-working

     What experience & education are we looking for

    • Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
    • Familiarity with customer service ticket systems, e.g. ZenDesk, preferred
    • Familiarity with custoemr service phone systems, e.g. Five9, preferred
