Compensation: Variable. Approximatley $2,500-$3,000 per month

Location: Pacific Beach, with opportunity to work remotely after six week training period

Realty National is looking for a proactive self-starter, Transaction Coordinator who understand the importance of diplomacy and customer service, while maintaining superior performance standards.The Transaction Coordinator will work in-house with our team of high producing agents overseeing all transactions from contract execution to closing.   This is an ideal position if you are seeking an engaging career with one of the most winning real estate teams in San Diego County.


What you will do

The ideal candidate will be able to comfortably handle a high volume portfolio, have a strong attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, and be a critical thinker with exceptional organizational skills.


The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Oversee multiple, simultaneous residential real estate transactions
  • Act as the liasion between the cooperating agent, escrow, title, lender, and client
  • Serve as the first point of contact in handling customer inquiries or complaints
  • Maintain file database by accurately and timely updating information
  • Keep lead agent apprised of status at all times
  • Escalate issues for efficient resolution
  • Prepare, track and have executed all applicable real estate contracts and forms
  • Effectively manage all contractual timelines and ensure compliance

What we are looking for

  • Knowledge of CAR Forms and Sandicor, Digi-Ink, Docusign
  • Excellent organizational, file-management, time-management, and prioritization skills
  • Adherence to deadlines and quick turnaround times
  • Proven ability to exercise high degree of confidentiality and objectivity
  • Proficiency in MS Office programs; experience using Google Apps (Gmail, Calendar, Contacts) and CRM software
  • Some experience with Transaction Coordinating software is a plus


 What education/experiences do we prefer you have?

  •  2+ years of real estate transaction coordination, escrow, and/or loan processing
  • Some college preferred
  • Transaction Coordinator certification a plus
  • Real Estate License 
  • Notary License 
  • Knowledge of SkySlope software
