Compensation: $85,000-$105,000 + Benefits

What you will do

As the Real Estate Curriculum Manager, you will work with subject matter experts to expand and grow our current Residential and Commercial Real Estate & Business Educational curriculum and establish congruency across various training “platforms” such as live events and trainings, coaching programs, eLearning courses, written materials and other.  The successful candidate will be a committed educator and industry leader, with evidence of significant contributions both in academia AND real estate.


The successful candidate’s responsibilities will include, but not be limited to:


  • Work with instructors and subject matter experts to develop online self-paced, online instructor-led, print-based curriculum products, and classroom-based courses
  • Utilize instructional design and adult learning theory to design programs and courses; including formulation of learning objectives and development of course content and learning assessments
  • Transform technical content into logically sequenced, interactive and engaging learning activities
  • Develop measurable learning objectives, tests and assessments, activities, and continuously evaluate the training effectiveness of learning and curriculum products
  • Develop internal product training for WECA staff and customers
  • Work with cross-departmental teams on effective delivery of courses.

What we are looking for

  • Experience with curriculum development
  • Experience with faculty or staff development related to education and instructional pedagogy / andragogy and student learning outcome assessment
  • Familiar with instructional design and adult learning theory
  • Copy editing skills and experience, with exquisite attention to detail
  • Technically adept; comfortable learning new software
  • Ability to write clear and concise internal and external communications
  • Effective verbal communicator; comfortable conversing in a professional tone
  • Experience creating self-paced eLearning for online delivery platforms
  • Real Estate experience preferred



Education Required:


  • Master's Degree in education, educational psychology or related field is required or real estate certificate such as CCIM
  • Terminal degree in the area of education or related field (e.g. EdD, PhD) is preferred

    This is an IN-OFFICE, FULL TIME position in our offices located in Pacific Beach.
